Consultation

The BirchTree Center provides experienced consultants to facilitate organizational change and transformation within a variety of professional environments. A central construct of our consultative work is the conscious incorporation of humanistic, relationship-centered care principles, holding in high regard a personalized and exceptional quality of relationship with our clientele. Healthcare institutions, schools of nursing, and professional nursing organizations have benefited from the consultation services we provide.

We will evaluate your existing cultural environment and make recommendations for aligning the practice environment with a vision for professional growth that draws out the innate caring nature of the caregiver. Assisting staff and leadership teams to recognize and mutually benefit from group strengths is our hallmark.

The BirchTree Center has created an educational program that utilizes their national and internationally recognized faculty to co-create with The Valley Hospital, educational structure that will fundamentally change how nursing is practiced in our organization. Through this process, The BirchTree Center has offered us resources to be able to create with our front line staff a new vision and philosophy for nursing that will guide our practice of nursing care to achieve our strategic goal of becoming the Center of Excellence for Humanistic Caring. This continues our organizational vision of becoming " the hospital of choice for patients, doctors, employees, and community volunteers."
